This policy explains what information Allyvate collects when you use this website, what we do with it, and how to contact us about it. It applies to allyvate.ai and its pages only.
Who we are
Allyvate builds agentic analytics software for enterprises. For anything in this policy, reach us through the contact page.
What we collect
We collect information in two ways:
- What you give us. The demo request form asks for your first name, last name, email address, company, and organisation type. You choose whether to submit it.
- How the site is used. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views and the pages, countries, and devices they come from. It does not use cookies and does not collect anything that identifies you personally.
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and does not build profiles of visitors.
How we use it
The details you submit through the demo form are used for one purpose: to contact you about the demo you asked for and to prepare for it. We do not sell them, share them with third parties for their own use, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Where it is processed
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., which processes the technical data needed to serve pages and provides the analytics described above. Vercel acts on our instructions under its own privacy commitments.
How long we keep it
Demo requests are kept for as long as needed to arrange and follow up on the demo, and deleted when that is done or on your request. Analytics data is held in aggregate form only.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. To do any of these, or to ask a question about this policy, contact us through the contact page and we will respond promptly.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and the date at the top.
